Chase Edmonds Sees Five Touches In Week 3
4 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds wasn't able to get much going with his minimal workload against the Detroit Lions in Week 3. Edmonds carried the ball three times for 13 yards and caught both of his targets for 21 yards. The team's No. 1 back Kenyan Drake received 18 carries in the game, leading the backfield. Edmonds has now struggled to make a mark on the stat sheet for two straight weeks. He compiled just 13 yards from scrimmage last week. He's still someone worth owning in deep leagues. If Drake were to go down, he instantly becomes a sure thing RB2. Yet even with Drake in the picture, Edmonds could still have PPR value if he starts to make more of his opportunities.
