Alex Bowman A Cheap DFS Option For Las Vegas
4 years agoHendrick Motorsports driver Alex Bowman will begin from the eighth position in Sunday night's South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Bowman and the No. 88 team advanced in Cup Series playoffs with a solid first round, as Bowman scored two top-10 finishes. If not for a late caution, in the February race at LVMS, Bowman may have very well caught and passed Ryan Blaney for the win. Bowman ended up 13th, and only has one top-10 finish in seven Vegas starts. Despite that stat, Bowman has been fairly strong in the last four LVMS races, hovering around the top-10 and collecting stage points on multiple occasions. Bowman's salary in DFS is very cheap, and even though he may not have the highest upside, he could be a solid driver to fill out a lineup.
