Malcolm Brown Shouldn't Be Started In Week 1
4 years agoLos Angeles Rams running back Malcolm Brown was a thorn last year with his ability to vulture touchdowns from former teammate Todd Gurley. While there is a possibility he does better this year, there's no guarantee with the crowded backfield they're currently trotting out. The team added running back Cam Akers in the draft after drafting Darrell Henderson last offseason. In Week 1, the Rams will debut their running-back-by-committee approach, with Akers likely leading in touches. While Brown should have a role, fantasy managers will likely want to take a wait-and-see approach before they throw him into their lineups in Week 1 against the Cowboys.
