Jamal Adams Sits Out After Requiring Stitches
4 years agoSeattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams (finger) cut his finger in a kitchen accident and needed stitches, which is why he didn't play in the team's scrimmage on Wednesday and had a protective club on his left hand on Tuesday. "He's fine. He's got to take the stitches out. He'll be good," head coach Pete Carroll said. The injury isn't serious, and Adams should be back on the field soon. The All-Pro safety got his wish and was traded out of New York after they refused to give him a long-term deal before the 2020 season. The 24-year-old can do it all at safety, especially in the run game, and is an elite IDP defensive back.
