4 years agoBoston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum mentioned he is currently leaning towards signing a maximum deal rather than signing a rookie extension. He is averaging 23.6 points, 7.1 boards, 2.9 assists, 2.8 triples, 1.4 steals and 0.9 blocks this season. Tatum is well deserving of a max deal, but it's unclear if the Celtics are willing to give him the money. Regardless, someone is going to pay Tatum what he wants.
