Texans Don't Plan To Rest Starters In Week 17
5 years agoHouston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said he has no plans to rest players in the Week 17 finale against the Titans despite likely being the AFC's No. 4 seed for the playoffs. "We are playing to win," O'Brien said. It's good news if you own Deshaun Watson, DeAndre Hopkins or Carlos Hyde, but depending on how this game unfolds, we could easily see Houston's starters take a breather in the second half or earlier. It's why most fantasy leagues end with Week 16 showdowns. Will Fuller (groin) is not expected to play, which has also been bad news for the Texans offense for much of the year. You'll need to downgrade Houston's fantasy relevant players despite O'Brien's words.
