Russell Wilson Sets Franchise Record In Loss
5 years agoIt was a disappointing day for the team since they fell to the Cardinals, but Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson became the franchise's leading passer. Wilson passed Matt Hasselback to become the most prolific passer in team history, but he got there on one of the worst passing days he's had in months. Star running back Chris Carson (hip) was lost for the season, and Wilson couldn't seem to find a rhythm with any of his receivers. Wilson only completed multiple passes to two of eight receivers that were regularly on the field, and the team is now limping into the playoffs. Wilson will have to play phenomenally well against San Francisco if they stand any chance of winning the division next week.
