Miami Heat guard Justise Winslow (back) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. He missed three weeks earlier in the season due to a concussion. Winslow is going to miss his fourth straight game due to a lower back strain on Friday. He's giving fantasy owners headaches, but Winslow is useful when he actually takes the court. Tyler Herro (illness) and Kendrick Nunn will see increased minutes because of this. Nunn is the more trustworthy fantasy option at the moment.--Andy Webb
