O.J. Howard Ruled Out
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has ruled out tight end O.J. Howard (hamstring) for Week 9 against the Seahawks. It'll be Howard's second straight absence, and it's just more disappointment for the biggest bust at the position in football this year. Howard has been dropped in most leagues. Cameron Brate didn't exactly capitalize on Howard's absence last week, but he'll have TE1 upside again in Week 9 against a Seattle team that has been generous to the tight end position this year.
