O.J. Howard Not Practicing Wednesday
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard (hamstring) was doing individual work on a side field to test his hamstring during practice on Wednesday. Howard injured himself coming out of the bye week and didn't play in Week 8, and he'll be questionable, at best, to suit up in Week 9 against the Seahawks. The 24-year-old was a popular breakout candidate in the preseason, but he's done anything but break out and has been the biggest bust at the position. Even if he plays, he'll be a low-end TE2. If he's inactive for the second straight game, Cameron Brate will be a touchdown-dependent, low-end TE1 against Seattle.
