5 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle, knee) and quarterback Drew Brees (thumb) were both limited in practice on Thursday. Kamara didn't practice on Wednesday, so this is a notable improvement, although he's still very questionable to play in Week 8 against the Cardinals. The Saints are likely factoring in their Week 9 bye when determining if Kamara or Brees will play. Latavius Murray will have obvious RB1 upside in a great matchup if Kamara misses his second straight game. Brees has been out since Week 2, but he's made good progress and the Saints will go with him if he's ready. It could come down to a game-time call. Brees would have immediate QB1 upside again if he returns, while Teddy Bridgewater is an acceptable streamer against Arizona if he gets one more start.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
