Mohamed Sanu A Low-End Starting Option in PPR
5 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu outperformed his teammates and fellow receivers Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley in Week 4. Sanu caught nine of his team-high 12 targets in Week 4 for 91 yards. Sanu is a solid veteran receiver who would be a must-own player in all leagues if either Jones or Ridley were expected to miss multiple weeks of action. However, with both Jones and Ridley on the field, it's tough to rely on Sanu for fantasy production. He showed his upside in Week 4, but that game will likely be an outlier amidst the rest of his 2019 campaign. He's a fine WR3 or flex option in deep leagues, especially PPR, but don't expect much more than about five catches for 50 yards from him this week.
