Jaron Brown Hauls In A Big Gainer
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaron Brown helped set up Seattle's only first-half touchdown on offense when he made a beautiful catch-and-run on a critical third-down conversion. Faced with a third-and-four, quarterback Russell Wilson was forced to scramble up into the front of the pocket before he saw Brown by himself with a little bit of space right down the middle of the field. Wilson threw an off-balance strike and Brown turned a 10-yard gain into a 32-yard gain by shaking his initial tackler and juking his way down the field. Brown hasn't had much to do this season and is unlikely to see regular opportunities, but he seems to be on Wilson's wavelength when the field turns into a scramble drill. That could prove invaluable if any injuries strike.
