5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny (hamstring) is inactive for the second straight week in Week 4 against the Cardinals. Despite fumbling again in Week 3, Chris Carson will remain the team's lead back and should have a substantial workload in a positive matchup against the Arizona defense. With Carson likely seeing a healthy workload, he'll be a strong RB2 with RB1 upside. C.J. Prosise will continue to be sprinkled in as a change of pace, but he's only a desperation flex option in deeper leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
