Reggie Jackson 2019 Player Outlook
5 years agoDetroit Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson actually provided an underrated fantasy line last season and it was topped off with playing all 82 games. He posted decent numbers of 15.2 points, 4.2 assists, 2.6 rebounds, 0.7 steals with 2.1 makes from three. He did struggle from the floor as he made just 42.1% of his shots, yet did connect on a credible 36.1% from downtown. The Pistons have brought in Derrick Rose and with Blake Griffin often being the primary ballhandler, we could easily see his percentages from three creeping up with more catch-and-shoot opportunities. To add, he is in a contract year and has added that he is "in a good state of mind" after going through some tough basketball times. He should provide top-100 value this season across all formats and may just surprise some this season with the Pistons having postseason aspirations.
