Frank Gore Could Be A Sneaky Start In Deep Leagues

If you're in a pinch for a running back or flex this week, Buffalo Bills running back Frank Gore could be an option worth considering. After the team's release of LeSean McCoy, a lot of opportunities opened up in the Buffalo backfield and Gore will likely get the first crack at maintaining the starting running back role. The Bills open the season on the road against the Jets on Sunday. The Jets had the seventh-worst rushing defense in the league last year and the matchup figures to feature a good amount of rushing opportunities for the Bills as the game should be close (Jets currently favored by three). Devin Singletary and T.J. Yeldon will also be part of the mix, but likely in a lesser degree as the game will be Singletary's NFL debut and Yeldon will probably be mostly restricted to receiving work out of the backfield.
