5 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson has been getting particular attention in practice so far for his receiving skills. On Tuesday, everyone was reminded again of how much Seattle wants to include their running backs in the passing game as both Carson and Rashaad Penny recorded receiving touchdowns. Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer told reporters afterwards that he wants Carson to get approximately 50 receiving opportunities this season, as opposed to just 23 last year. This could be another way that Seattle opens up the field around their poor offensive line and could be a nice boost for fantasy players.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
