Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Devin Smeltzer has been recalled and will draw the start against the Kansas City Royals on Sunday. The rest of the starting rotation will be pushed back a day. Smeltzer has a 2.91 ERA through 21.2 innings this season with the Twins. He'll likely see more than one start in the rotation, so he could be worth looking at in fantasy leagues. Smeltzer is a decent streaming option against the struggling Royals offense.--Andy Webb
