Indianapolis Colts tight ends Eric Ebron and Jack Doyle were both out of practice on Thursday morning. Some other veterans on the roster were given today off as a planned maintenance day, but that wasn't the announcement with Ebron or Doyle, although that could be the unofficial plan with Friday being a day off. Doyle missed 10 games last season with a nagging hip injury, and Ebron is expected to be a major piece of the offense again this year.
