Jameson Taillon Shut Down With Renewed Pain

Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Jameson Taillon (elbow) has been shut down from throwing. Taillon said he was feeling pain in his shoulder and will be re-evaluated by team doctors next week. This is a major disappointment to those that have been stashing Taillon for the last month and fantasy playoffs as there were reports last week that Taillon was throwing from 90 feet and would progress to bullpen sessions. Now it sounds like Taillon will be shut down even longer and may not pitch this season based on what the doctors say.
