6 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Jay Bruce (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Minnesota Twins. Mallex Smith was recalled after crushing the ball in the minors, but he struggled with the Mariners early in the season. He'll draw the start in center field and bat ninth versus righty Michael Pineda. Smith doesn't carry much fantasy value outside of his speed.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
