Nathan Eovaldi Throwing Again
Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi (elbow) began throwing again following his surgery to remove loose bodies from his elbow three weeks ago. He’s still about a month away from returning and there are valid questions of his effectiveness upon return. His ownership in Yahoo leagues has dropped to 40 percent, but he’s a solid stash with upside for wins. He should have the value of a back-end starter upon return and would be a definite add or stash in deeper leagues. In his four starts this year he had a 6.00 ERA and 1.52 WHIP with 16 strikeouts in 21 innings.
