Tyler Skaggs Holds Down Rangers In Win
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Tyler Skaggs pitched 6 1/3 innings of one-run baseball to pick up his first win of the season against the Rangers on Saturday. Skaggs (1-1) allowed only five hits while striking out five to lower his ERA to 2.45 through two starts this season. It is a promising start for a talented pitcher who flashed plenty of potential in an up-and-down season in 2018. Skaggs will look to keep it rolling in his next start and has fantasy appeal in deeper leagues and AL-only formats as a depth starter.
