Marc-Andre Fleury Lit Up On Saturday
6 years agoVegas Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury had a forgettable night in net against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday, allowing five goals on 25 shots en route to a 5-1 loss. The tough performance has become somewhat of a trend for the 34-year-old as of late as he's given up at least three goals in four of his past five appearances. As a result, Fleury's numbers have taken a bit of a hit and despite having won 16 of his 27 starts on the season, he now carries a 2.53 goals-against average and a .908 save percentage. With that said, most goalies go through rough patches throughout the course of a season and Fleury should be expected to return to form in the near future. His fantasy owners are hoping that happens in his next likely start against the New York Islanders on Wednesday.
