Ben Simmons Continues Offensive Surge
Ben Simmons continued his strong recent run on offense, scoring 22 points to go along with eight rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, one steal and six turnovers on 9-for-18 shooting. Simmons is now averaging 21.3 points per game over his past three contests, which is a six-point increase compared to his production so far this season. The 22-year-old has been excelling in points leagues due to his triple-double potential but hasn't been great for his category league owners. Simmons' high turnover rate mixed with his poor free throw shooting and average point production has him sitting outside of the top-50 currently. The turnovers aren't going to go away, but an increase in offense would help Simmons to increase his value going forward.

Ben Simmons Tagged As Questionable On Friday
Ben Simmons (knee) has a chance to return from his seven-game absence to face the Atlanta Hawks on Friday. He's been out due to what the team is calling injury management on his left knee. Since being traded away from Brooklyn, Simmons has appeared in five games and averages 6.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 1.4 steals across 21.2 minutes per game. If he remains sidelined, however, Amir Coffey and Derrick Jones Jr. should still see the bulk of the bench minutes. Neither one is strongly recommended as streaming options except for very deep leagues.

Ben Simmons To Miss Road Trip
Ben Simmons (knee) won't travel with the team for the upcoming three-game road trip. Simmons has missed the last five games and will sit out at least three more contests. When healthy, Simmons was actually a decent fantasy option for the Clippers, but it's unclear when he's going to play again. In the meantime, Amir Coffey and Derrick Jones Jr. should see increased roles in the rotation. Neither player is an ideal fantasy option, but they could offer some deep league value.

Ben Simmons Remains Out On Friday
Ben Simmons (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the New York Knicks. Simmons will now miss his fourth game in a row due to a left knee injury. Simmons was actually a decent streaming option when he was healthy, but now it's unclear when he'll get back on the floor. His next chance to play will be against the Sacramento Kings on Sunday. Both Amir Coffey and Derrick Jones Jr. should see increased roles in the rotation until Simmons returns. Jones is the better streaming choice between the two forwards right now.

Ben Simmons Won't Play Against Suns
Ben Simmons (knee) will remain out for Tuesday's tilt against the Phoenix Suns. He is forced to miss a second straight game due to a sore left knee. After building up some good momentum, Simmons has once again encountered health issues, and he may miss several games in quick succession as the Clippers head into a stretch of three games in four nights. With Simmons sidelined on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers, Nicolas Batum and Drew Eubanks took on larger roles in the rotation. However, neither player significantly impacts fantasy basketball.
