Russell Wilson Goes Back To 2013
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has guided Seattle to wins in three of their last four games, and it's like he's taken a step back in time. When the Seahawks won the Super Bowl in 2013-14, it was on the back of a running game that allowed Wilson to work as an efficient playmaker who wasn't expected to carry the team. He averaged 210 YPG on 25 passing attempts, and he posted a 26/9 TD/INT ratio for the season. So far this year, with Seattle's revamped three-headed running game, Wilson is averaging 218 yards on 27.5 attempts per game, and he's on pace to finish the season with 34 TDs and 10 INTs. Don't expect him to run a whole lot, but other than that, this is a vintage Wilson season. He should be a solid starter moving forward.
