6 years agoLos Angeles Chargers kicker Michael Badgley was perfect again on Sunday. Badgley wasn't tasked with anything too difficult as he knocked through a pair of short field goals and a couple extra points, but in a game that ended up being decided by a single point, those kicks were critical. Most importantly, he stayed perfect while filling in for theoretical starter Caleb Sturgis. With the bye next week, the expectation would certainly be that Sturgis will return against Seattle, but perhaps head coach Anthony Lynn will decide to ride the hot "foot" and let Badgley roll with the gig. He's certainly been the most accurate kicker the Chargers have seen in a long time, and in this case, his accuracy likely won the game for the team.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
