Mitch Trubisky Has Fantasy Appeal Against Patriots
6 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky will look to stay hot against a Patriots defense that is allowing the eighth most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Over his last two games the second-year quarterback has thrown for 670 yards, rushed for 100 yards and has nine passing touchdowns. With two monster fantasy performances in a row, Trubisky's arrow is pointing up. He will take on a Patriots defense that has allowed at least 262 passing yards to four of their last five quarterbacks faced. New England's secondary does have seven interceptions on the season so Trubisky will have to protect the football. But the only way to beat the Patriots is to match their potent passing attack and Trubisky is in line for another strong showing. For the first time in his career, Trubisky is in the discussion as a top-10 quarterback option in fantasy for Week 7.
