Brandin Cooks, Cooper Kupp In Concussion Protocol
6 years agoTwo of the top three Los Angeles Rams wide receivers entered the concussion protocol Sunday afternoon. Wideouts Cooper Kupp and Brandin Cooks both exited Sunday's game with their respective head injuries. Head coach Sean McVay stated that both of them seemed to be in good spirits after the game, but we will have to see how they progress towards getting cleared for contact. If either of them is active for Sunday's matchup against the Denver Broncos, they should be started, but there is no guarantee that happens. Robert Woods would be a WR1 if both Kupp and Cooks can't be cleared in time for Week 6, and Josh Reynolds might be worth a pickup off the waiver wire.
