6 years agoDetroit Lions running back LeGarrette Blount remains listed as the starter on the depth chart for Week 5. However, over the last two weeks, it has been clear second-round pick Kerryon Johnson is becoming the Lions number one running back. Last week, he started the game with a 32 yard run, and was the guy the Lions turned to on a 1st and goal from the eight yard line; not the alleged goal line specialist Blount. And, Johnson converted on that play with an impressive touchdown run. Expect to see this timeshare tipping heavily in Johnson's favor moving forward.
