The Oakland Raiders are re-signing wide receiver Martavis Bryant to a one-year deal on Tuesday, according to a source. The Raiders released Bryant recently because they were concerned about a suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy again. There's still a chance that Bryant could be suspended for an entire year by the NFL, which clouds his long-term fantasy value. But in the short term, fantasy owners may decide that the big-bodied deep threat is worth a pickup off the waiver wire. Bryant is much more attractive in standard-scoring formats, but he's also probably still a long shot to provide much in the way of production for Oakland.--Keith Hernandez
