7 years agoLos Angeles Angels infielder David Fletcher went 3-for-5 with a run and two RBI in Tuesday's 5-4 loss to the Diamondbacks. Fletcher was batting second with Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani and Justin Upton all out of the lineup. Expect Fletcher, who is hitting .278 with one home run and one steal, to remain at second base for the rest of the season. He will likely hit lower in the order once all of LA's regulars return, however. He is a deep league option, but nothing more.--patton
