Mark Walton: The Bengals Already Have A Mark Walton And His Name Is Giovani Bernard
There is no realistic scenario where Mark Walton has any fantasy value. I am huge on Joe Mixon this year and think he will be close to a three down back. When Mixon is not on the field, it will be Giovani Bernard. Figure something like a 70-30 split between Mixon and Gio. Where exactly is Walton finding the field? At best, he'll see something like a 10% snap share. At worst, he will be a gameday inactive. Even if Mixon or Bernard were to go down with an injury, that still wouldn't propel Walton into fantasy relevance. He would certainly be more involved, but if either Mixon or Bernard gets hurt, the other would just assume a larger role. Walton should not be drafted outside of extremely deep leagues.
