Miami Marlins infielder/outfielder Derek Dietrich (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Washington Nationals. Garrett Cooper will bat sixth and play left field against lefty Gio Gonzalez. Dietrich does not hit well against left-handed pitching, so he'll get the night off. However, Dietrich is worth a look in mixed leagues. He can play most infield positions and outfield, so that alone makes him more valuable. He's worth a bench spot in most leagues.--Andy Webb
