6 years agoKansas City Royals hot prospect Adalberto Mondesi went yard on Tuesday against the Brewers. It was his first homer since being called up last week, and it helps remind everyone of the fact that Mondesi is considered a power threat as well as a speedster. He also doubled in the game and played a full game at second base. In the midst of a rebuild, Kansas City seems dedicated to getting Mondesi at-bats and working with him, so he should see regular chances to contribute even if his run and RBI totals will be depressed by the lack of good offense around him.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
