Kenta Maeda Pitches Well In Return From Disabled List Wednesday
Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Kenta Maeda turned in an encouraging performance on Wednesday against the Rangers in his return from the 10-day DL with a hip strain. Maeda allowed two runs on five hits and three walks with a strikeout over five innings. The 30-year-old has pitched well this season, posting a 3.61 ERA with 69 strikeouts and 21 walks in 57 1/3 innings pitched. Maeda is slated to face a tough Cubs team in his next start on Monday.
