Tyler Saladino Delivers Another Solid Start With Increased Time
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers shortstop Tyler Saladino went 2-for-5 with a run and two RBI in the 17-6 win over the New York Mets. The whole Brewers offense was on absolute fire, however, Saladino delivered another solid game and has had a major impact on the Brewers since being acquired from the Chicago White Sox. With the Brewers, he is now batting .353 with a 1.047 OPS, eight runs, three home runs, and eight RBI. With Orlando Arcia being sent down to Triple-A with the purpose of getting his confidence back up, Saladino will take the majority of starts at shortstop for the time being. He's worth a flier in deep leagues until Arcia is called back up.
