Cesar Hernandez Ignites Philadelphia In Miami
Always the leadoff man that gets his offense going, Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Cesar Hernandez did so once again on Wednesday in what would turn out to be a 6-0 victory against Miami at Marlins Park. The 28-year-old led off the game with a solo home run to center, giving ace Aaron Nola all the run support he would need. Hernandez would record a second hit, coming around to score in the ninth inning as well. The Venezuelan is hitting .284 as the Phillies ended their losing streak at four games.
