Los Angeles Angels second baseman Ian Kinsler (groin) has been activated from the disabled list and is starting on Thursday. He is leading off and playing second base. Kinsler has only played in one game so far this season, but is back and ready to resume his spot atop the Angels loaded lineup. He is a top fantasy option at second base and should go back to his 15-15 ways. Ryan Schimpf was optioned to Triple-A to make room for Kinsler.--patton
