7 years agoThe Kansas City Royals have recalled outfielder Abraham Almonte after placing Alex Gordon on the disabled list. Almonte will serve as the fourth outfielder while Paulo Orlando steps into the regular rotation, but even if Almonte sees any regular playing time, he's not very attractive to fantasy owners. The 29-year-old is only expected to hit about .250 with very light power and speed, so he shouldn't be on anyone's radar at this point.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
