Damion Lee Scores 20 For Hawks Versus 76ers
7 years agoAtlanta Hawks shooting guard Damion Lee scored 20 points with four rebounds, one assist and two steals in a blowout loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night. Ever since the Hawks signed him for the season, he has been solid. With the Hawks tanking, there is no incentive for anyone to play well, so he shouldn't be added to fantasy teams.

Suns Re-Signing Damion Lee
9 months agoFree-agent guard Damion Lee agreed to a one-year deal to return to Phoenix. The former Louisville Cardinal appeared in 74 games for the Suns in 2022-23, averaging 8.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. However, he missed all of last season after tearing the meniscus in his right knee, resulting in surgery. Phoenix is strapped for cash, so bringing Lee back makes sense from a fiscal standpoint. But even if the 31-year-old stays healthy in 2024-25, he's not expected to be a coveted fantasy commodity anytime soon.

Lee played in 74 regular-season contests last year, averaging 20.4 minutes, 8.2 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists.

Damion Lee Out Indefinitely With Knee Injury
2 years agoPhoenix Suns guard/forward Damion Lee has suffered a right knee meniscus injury and will be out "until further notice," the team has announced. According to the Suns, the injury occurred during an on-court workout at the team's practice facility last week. Lee was one of the first guys off the bench last season and averaged 8.2 points on 45.5 percent three-point shooting during his debut campaign in Arizona. Phoenix's depth takes a hit with his absence, but guys like Eric Gordon and Grayson Allen should be able to cover for him.

Damion Lee Moves Into Starting Five
2 years agoPhoenix Suns guard Damion Lee will move into the starting five for Thursday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. The Suns are thin at guard with Chris Paul (hip) and Landry Shamet (foot) both sidelined. That being said, Lee is well worth considering as a streaming option in deep leagues. He should see plenty of action with the Suns banged up at the moment. It's also worth noting that Cameron Johnson (knee) is making his return to the court. However, he'll come off the bench, while Torrey Craig remains in the starting five for Thursday's game. The Suns are likely to have Johnson on a minutes limit, so he won't be a reliable streaming option right now.
