The Miami Dolphins restructured the contract of safety Reshad Jones on Wednesday, creating $6.6 million in salary cap space, according to a source. He drops his base salary from $9.375 million to $970,000 while also receiving a $4.05 million signing bonus. Jones will collect the same amount of money when all is said and done.
