Tyler Lyons Could Develop Some Value in the St. Louis Bullpen
7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Tyler Lyons has a chance to make some noise in fantasy leagues in 2018. Lyons is most likely set to work in a left-handed specialist role or as a setup guy, but he's been mentioned by the team as a possibility for the closer's role. Lyons pitched very well last season, posting a 2.83 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 68/20 K/BB ratio across 54 innings. In holds leagues, Lyons is a solid reliever regardless of his specific role on the team. In standard leagues, however, he should only be owned if he earns the closer's role.
