Reynaldo Lopez Will Be Given The Opportunity To Succeed In 2018
7 years agoAnother power arm acquired from the Nationals for Adam Eaton prior to the 2017 season, Reynaldo Lopez will look to make the opening day roster for the White Sox. Lopez started the season in Triple-A before getting the call to the big leagues in August. In that time he pitched to a 4.72 ERA with 30 strikeouts in eight starts. Lopez has strikeout potential and will likely be given every opportunity to earn a rotation spot for opening day. With many young pitchers, there will be ups and downs, but Lopez has the talent to be owned in dynasty and mixed leagues.
