Adeiny Hechavarria Is A Poor Fantasy Option
7 years agoTampa Bay Rays shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria is a deep-league or AL-only fantasy option. He is a tremendous defender and unless he gets injured, he is the overwhelming favorite to lead the Rays in games played at shortstop in 2018. However, he struggles with the bat. In his last four seasons, he has failed to reach double-digits in either home runs or steals. However, in a very deep league or a fairly large AL-only format, he may be acceptable since the alternatives later in those drafts might be really poor.
