Kelly Olynyk (personal) has also been ruled out, so Karlo Matkovic and Mo Bamba must step up at center. Matkovic has built up some momentum with a three-game streak of double-digit scoring. Bamba recently inked a 10-day deal with the Pelicans and made his team debut in Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers, collecting seven rebounds and one block in 15 minutes.

The rookie big man hurt his right knee just before the All-Star break, and the Pelicans initially listed him as questionable for Friday's action. Missi's performances have been inconsistent, but he has had a solid rookie campaign. The 20-year-old is averaging 8.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks in 27.1 minutes. Currently, Dallas' frontcourt is weak due to injuries, presenting Missi with an excellent opportunity to fill up the box score on Friday night.

The rookie big man suffered a hyperextended knee right before the All-Star break, and the time off may have given him enough time to come back before missing any games, but it looks like the team will decide leading up to tip-off. With Kelly Olynyk set to make his Pelicans debut, he becomes an instant streaming option if Missi has to be sidelined. Plus, Karlo Matkovic could help fantasy managers in deeper leagues after putting up 13 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and three blocks in their last game.
