He's seen 94 targets this year while the second-most has 55. Against the New York Giants, Flowers should still see plenty of targets, but the Ravens could go run-heavy since that's the weakest part of the defense. They allow the sixth-fewest passing yards per game and have only given up 14 touchdowns through the air all season.
