Jahmyr Gibbs Leads Lions' Week 4 Rushing Attack
2 months agoDetroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs led the team in rushing on Monday night against the Seahawks, carrying the ball 14 times for 78 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Gibbs didn't add his normal pass-game involvement as he did not catch a pass out of the backfield in the game. Nonetheless, it was a very productive game for Gibbs, scoring on two short runs. The Alabama product out-carried David Montgomery 14-12 in this game and was able to convert a few goal-line chances and find the end zone. Both running backs should be extremely productive moving forward. Once Gibbs gets more looks in the passing game out of the backfield, he profiles as one of the top fantasy options at the position.
