5 months agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (hand) and designated hitter Yordan Alvarez (hip) are both in the lineup on Friday night in their start of the second half of the season against the Seattle Mariners. Both had been nursing injuries over the All-Star break; Altuve with his hand and Alvarez his hip. It's a good sign for the Astros, who are looking to take the American League West lead from the Mariners, as they're only one game back of the lead. Altuve and Alvarez should both be in your fantasy lineups, and they should continue to be there going forward. DFS managers should target Alvarez on Friday night, as he is 7-for-15 with three home runs in his career against Mariners starter Luis Castillo.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller
