4 months agoBoston Red Sox outfield prospect Allan Castro broke out with three homers during a doubleheader for High-A Greenville on Thursday. Castro went 4-for-6 on the day and brought his season totals to 10 homers and 32 RBI with a .235 batting average. The Red Sox' No. 12 overall prospect is red-hot in July, hitting .355 with six homers and 10 RBI so far this month. The 21-year-old will likely need some time in the minors before earning a big-league shot a few years out.--Brian Buckey - RotoBaller
